SymmetricDS 3.5.18 was released, which fixes 4 bugs and adds 5 improvements. Important fixes were made to staging, initial load, pull synchronization, and transforms. Staging had a problem on Windows where it couldn’t clean up a file, leading to errors in the logs. The background initial load had a problem where it could get stuck in a loop. The pull threads were reduced to 1 to prevent “over pulling” by clients. Transforms were improved with a new “copy if changed transform” and a transform that can map a series of columns to a series of rows.
